Position: Program Manager - Talent Acquisition India

Level: Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: VP Recruitment

Exp: 7 plus years

Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate

Role:

The India Talent Acquisition Program Manager will lead the firm's campus

recruiting

efforts and Key Strategic Programs to hire exceptional talent into the

company across verticals in

India. A key aspect of the role will be to determine business needs and

select appropriate programmes, schools and courses to meet these needs.

Responsibilities:

-Managing overall efforts to attract fresh talent.

-Developing and managing school relationships with target

universities.

-Identifying and leading creative campus initiatives and strategies to

make sure the company gets the first preference.

-In conjunction with relevant staff be responsible for co-ordinating

on-campus recruitment events

-Partnering with local and global campus recruiting, generalist teams

-Design and implement Acquire Workstream recruiting programs in close

partnership with business leaders and recruiting operations teams

-Drive the new Employee Referral Program across all verticals in India

-Working with senior line management to drive campus recruiting

strategy for each program.

-Reporting and Analytics

Skills and Competencies:

-7 + years of experience in the HR generalist / Recruitment function

with atleast 2-3 years plus in the area of Campus Recruitment/Recruiting

Programs

-Ability to manage / strategize large projects within tight time lines

with high quality

-Analytical skills - an ability to review current processes and/or

data, and to draw and communicate conclusions

-Strong communication and relationship management skills

-Flexibility and ability to multi-task

-Proven Cross-functional capability working in a global technology

organization, collaborating

between HR and business teams for effective talent program

implementation
