dear all
can anybody provide me board resolution format for P.F. office. Our company is private Ltd company and three directors were operating whole business. Due to some reason one director has resigned from directorship who was authorized to sign all document of p.f. . Now we want to register digital signature in P.F of two director. Required board resolution urgently.
