kindly help me out
our is readymade garment Org. having approx. 900 employee working in it. the problem is absenteeism rate is high in company. even attrition rate is quite high. i need to fix this problem.
kindly provide your suggestion to fix this problem in less cost or say if possible no cost

To cope with Absenteeism, you must be pro-active,
First of all discuss with the members and try to find out the reasons of the same.. then discuss it with the management and raise it a general meeting with all the members.. that what are the demerits of Absenteeism and how it could affect one's career growth.
Then see the outcome, whether its been improved or not? Moreover make them feel that Management is very much concern with their problems and try to provide them an healthy environment to work in.
See taking harsh decision as a first step may hamper more towards the problems so first try to stop it with mutual consent and discussions..
