I thinks there is no confusion after understanding the function & role of HR Executive or Manager (HR). I appreciate Ms Sangeetha efforts. Regards Arun K Mishra

Hi Devansh
I guess you are not aware of the job responsibilities of HR, it is not limited to mere paper work. Clerk is the word used for Paper jobs
secondly If you are satisfied with your job then you should talk to your boss, since you are handling the same kind of job which your manager is doing, you can ask for the post as well as a good hike.
& If you are not satisfied & looking for actual HR job then first understand what is HR all about & then look for the opportunity, & this time please understand the job responsibility at the time/before interview, so that it should not create any mess after that.

Mr.Devansh !
First of all you have not mentioned what is your total experience in the field.
Right now your designation is in Junior Level. But you have the opportunity to work in Senior level. With this you can get more experiences than your designation level. First you try to learn everything. Then you deside what is your capability and at what level you are.
When you appraise your self and found you are capable then you can go to your Management and can discuss regarding your enhancement of perks.

Devansh,
in such case i would suggest u to stay in the co. for at least 1 yr. do not run after money coz at this point of time when u r jst starting ur career, experience is rather important. Devansh getting opening in HR is very very difficult & now that u have got a start no matter if the pay is less but once u would get experience u would be surrounded wid lots of opportunities. Max. co. do not hire fresher HR. So do not make blunder by quiting the job. If u feel that u are not learning much so upgrade ur skills by urself. u are lucky that u are the part of citehr community it would definitely help u to enhance ur HR skills. after 1 yr u can well evaluate ur worth and ofcourse do the salary negotiation. I hope i cud help u little bit to make up ur mind.

Hi
if this is your first job then , i would say its a gr8 opportunity for you to learn.
If you start your career in small scale industry , you get to know verious aspects of HR, which is very much important for you as you are going to be a future HR Manager.
I think you should stay atleast for a Year or so work there & get some experience & then you can look for some better opportunities.
Cheers

Dear Devansh,
I would like to know how many years experience you have in HR?
If you are around 1 to 2 years experienced the following factors will count the most..
1) Is the learning relevant to HR?
2) Is it relevant to your short or long term goals?
3) Compare the learning of yours with your batchmates but not the pay.
If you are more than two years experienced, first discuss the KRA’s with your manager, which you should have done during the time of interview. Also 99.99% employer will ask for expectations or mention the pay before making an offer.
If you are not satisfied even after discussions, while continuing the present job look for an alternative.
Wish You All The Best.
Cheers
