Can anybody tell me how to keep leave record in a small organisation? and what action to be taken when empolyee takes leave without prior notice? Thanks & Regards Anumitra

Hi,
It is better and easy to maintain the attendance in an excel sheet - month wise.
In case of leave taken withour prior notice the follwoing options are available:
A Persoanl warning
Adjust with the available CL
Give a memo

Dear Mam,
Visited the link which u have mentioned below but no faida . Its a slide show. Senoir we need the excel sheet to implemented. To be Honest we are not that much familiar with systems. If u have time kindly send us across . Thanks for the healthy tips posted in the forum.
Note : Mam if u r sending plz u to keep in my mind that format type is KSA calender.

Sirs,
As mentioned above by one of colleagues there are a lot of enterprises available in the market you can purchase for your organization to do the work on your behalf just customize the leave rule and it will work.
On the other hand since you have requested an excel format to be used please find attached excel document for calculating leave for your organization.
However, please do go back to your human resources manual and apply your rules on the entitlement, and the overtime and carry forward.
