I came to know that now-a-days students ( MBA,B.tech etc) with proven academic track record are kept aside and students with soft skills are being absorbed in MNC's. Do you think it is good to select a student with just 60% accompanied with softskills ahead of a student with 85% with moderate soft skills. Is it good for Industry??? I strongly feel that Subject knowledge should be given imporatnce ahead of softskills. If a person is fluent in english and do not have enough subject knowledge should be ignored when one come across with student with sub.knowledge.
I think this is just leading to unemployement to educated youth and its just leading the industry in other direction.
What you feel is important?? I agree if a person has both of them,he/she should be the first choice. But I want you to put forward your views on this issue.

both of them has equal importance but soft skills are those which has a close relationship to the psychology, soft skills may be used to attract a Person to get bonded with us for a long time, where subject tells about the experiences, if a person is capable of dealing with problems with his soft skills then he would be a creator of the subject.
