I m working wid Aditya BIrla Group and having a very good learning of HR in a manufacturing concern, but coz of the chemical industry i am having some health related problems.
I am an Engineer(MECH)+MBA (HR) I dont want to compromise wid the brand name in my next job....and i cant continue here more coz of remote location.
Here I am having ExposuRe of Talent management, Organisational Heath study along with all basic HRD Functions like Talent attraction, Retentiion, Recruitment, Performance management and Employee learning management.
Can I shift to service Industry????
Please Advice

Hello friend, You will be able to learn fast since you are basically an engineer. The processes of HR remain the same. You can apply for HR job in other companies/ service sector. Regards Nishikant
