sir, what is the procedure for swift working in gurgaon. and also tell me the approval process or form. further to whom we have to submit documents.

Dear Vipin,
What do you mean by swift working ? If you are going to start another shift in your unit then in my opinion you are required to give intimation in Form 11 (in duplicate) to the area Inspector of Factories now designated as Assistant Director ( Industrial Safety & Health). Also go through section 9A & schedule IV of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before starting of any additional shift.
