It is intimated that you may have the copy of inspection performa from the office of Industrial Safety & Health wing of Labour Department, Haryana which is situated at 4th floor Mini Secretatriat, Gurgaon for your Factories Act check List. As far as the Rules of Haryana State are concerned you may have the Book on " Labour Law Rules in Haryana" written by Sh. Sukhdev Singh. You may try this book at Nand Book Stall, Sadar Bazar, Gurgaon. As far as the Rules of Hr. State on the Factories Act,1948 are concerned you may purchase the book named as 'The punjab Factory Rules 1952' by Sh. Bhagat Singh Chawla published at Chawla Publications (P) Ltd. Chandigarh. Bare Acts are available everywhere in India.

First of all I would like to give my heartiest appreciation to the person who have give his valuable input & time in preparation of this chart of compliances for different sections of the factory management. What I have observed is that this chart has been prepared keeping in view the Haryana State Rules or we may say that it is at par with Haryana State Rules. So this is very much useful for our Haryana HR members.
In my opinion under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act return in Form 20 (half yearly return to be submitted by the contractor) is to be submitted not later than 30 days of the close of the half year while the Principal Employer is to sent yearly return in Form 21 upto 15 February while this chart shows 15 th July & 15 Jan respectively. which can not be stated to be correct as per Haryana State Rules. Haryana members to note please. If I am wrong plz let me know.

Kindly mention the various statutory compliances under various acts in a manufaturing company in the state of Maharastra. What are the different reports and to whom it should be submitted with the last date of submitting such reports.

What do you mean by swift working ? If you are going to start another shift in your unit then in my opinion you are required to give intimation in Form 11 (in duplicate) to the area Inspector of Factories now designated as Assistant Director ( Industrial Safety & Health). Also go through section 9A & schedule IV of Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before starting of any additional shift.
