i have done a research on HRA and writing article on it, once its completed i will post it on this cite.
however discussing pros and cons of HRA is of significant and requires a lot of explanation.
please do check on this cite there were few stuff oh HRA which might be useful, also do a search on the web, i have come across indian aticles on HRA.
