Hi all ! I am working for an MNC which has decided to recruit 70 Temporary staff for six months, to complete a project. Until now we have hired employees on permanent basis only. Is there any procedure/ formalities that has to be completed before taking employees on a temporary basis ? Should they be covered in the contract Labour Act, though we are recruiting them directly without a Contractor in between ? Should we maintain separate registers for them ?
