We have engaged 6-8 unskilled labours at our Electric Pole Manufacturing Unit and paying them minimum wages as prescribed by Jharkhand Govt.
What short of wages register should we maintain and what should be the format of wages sheet. We have no PF Employer code. Please let us know either we are applicable for PF payment or not.
