I am Payel Lodh a resident of New Delhi and a new member of your team. I was not aware of this site, by coincidence when i was seaching for some topics one day i got into this site and found it very interesting.This is really a good platform for interacting with people all over the globe who build their career in HR and can share their knowledge and experiences which will help others to enhace their HR skills and at the same time can spend some time informally.
About myself i have finished my PGDBM in hr and is working with a company for last six months and is searching for a job change. hope this information will suffice.
