Dear Friends,
I am sharing the Performance Management Formats which you will find useful.
These formats have evolved over a period of 6 years of our efforts to implement and improve the Performance Management System - Performance Appraisal is one part of the process.
The formats represent a few thousand hours of senior managers thinking and are a product of distilled knowledge and experience.
The formats cover target setting, evaluation of performance every quarter, evaluation of personality traits/role attributes critical for job,aspects of training and development, summary of performance dialogue, timely recognition for good work done, effetiveness of training and finally Annual Performance Summary which will help in decisions for reward / promotion decision.
The formats are self-explanatory however if required I will be very happy to explain in detail.
