Hi All,
Presently i am working at International BPO Company. We engage Tele Sales Executive, Software Developers, Data Conversion, and so on.
Our attrition rate is increase monthly which affects Production Planing, Training, Time and Energy toward recruiting new employees. To bring down the attrition , i request form to " Send Samples - Employment Bond for New Recruits" to get implemented.

I need to frame a bond/MOU/Contract from my company. The bond is required to retain the maintenance engineers for a period of 1 year atleast and during that period or even after that they are not supposed to share the technical know how of the company products.
I need this on urgent basis. Please guide me if poosible.

To retain your employees employment bond is not the remedy. Employment Bond is an illegal practice and even not maintainable under the law.
In order to reduce attrition rate, study well the reasons for leaving. Have you ever thought that good organisations which pay good salaries and provide good working environment face attrition problems very less. The basic thing is discontented employees. Remove all apprehensions of the employees about their career and offer them a secured job. Then the attrition will come down.
