Dear Friends,
I have gone through the checklist of labour laws posted in this thread.
I am sorry to mention that the contents are not updated and therefore u all should not rely on such half baked material.there are many amendments that have taken place like in payment of wages act,payment of bonus act etc which are not incorporated. It appears that the material is quite old one posted in many groups and also on this site earlier.
I express my apologies if someone is hurt by this mail. My attempts have always been to prvide the authentic and correct information to all esteemed and hon'ble members specially in case of labour enactments.
