Hey People,
We have Staff Meet scheduled next week.
This is the 1st Staff Meet of the year & we have completed 10 years.
Can anyone suggest that what information can be put up or brought to notice in the meet? I would be informing people about the Events that we have in store for them.
Looking forward to your responses!!

hi,

as you told u have first staff meeting in your organisation, i wan to suggest you that you Should prepare an agenda for the meeting first, you can start the meeting with the self introduction of new joinees than the a brief discussion on the achievements of last 10 years,

The staff should be introduced to the benefits like insurance & health check ups they are getting in the organization.

There could be brief discussion company policies & employees can suggest on the current policies & guidelines. If you are in service industry then the staff should be guide to do the proper use of resources they are having in company.

You can give some rewards like “Employee of the Month” & can encourage the staff to do their job sincerely you can ask for their suggestions, query & complaints, if you want in the end you can have an “employee satisfaction survey “ for that you have to prepare a format / form which employee can fill & can give their feed backs

I hope all this will help you.

All the very best for your staff meeting.

Hey Poonam,
Hope you are doing good!!
Feeling some nerves for your first staff meet? Well I fully agree with Bhawana, you can put up such kind of items.
I simply suggest that you make up a presentation that talks about the history of the company, like the major achievements, employees who have done exceptionally well in the last 10 years. You can also include some new policies that may have been introduced in the company. you can also talk about the events that are going to be conducted in this year 2008.
An important thing here would be to also include awareness points such as filing IT returns, any new process being implemented, etc etc. since it would be time for that as well.
Well you can include a lot of such items.
Hope you have a wonderful presentation conducted.... Let us know how it goes.
