I have the total 6 years experience in HR , PERSONNEL, IR & ADMIN dept.
Presently I am working with Pvt ltd. company of CNC Machinery tools making, but I have one offer of the job of Plastic Industries, The problem is, this Non-poluted plastic indutry is new growing company & it have no HR dept., The HR Dept. is start form me when I join this company, but I am in cofusion for join this b'coz of the future planning & is this company growing best or not?, so you all give me the idea for I hm join this or not.....

In my opinion you indeed should take up this opportunity. While a pre existing company has its own established polices, rules and culture, working in a new setup is the best playing ground allowing you to expand your understanding of the subject and to re-establish your past learnings. Not only that, as an HR professional you will be able to leave your mark on the culture of the company, which will be remembered for the years to come (that is i hope u are planning to leave a good mark).
Even in your later assignments, your ability to establish the HR team and your being part of the core setup of the group will be very beneficial... as your understanding of teh systems, policies and process will be much more higher...

Firstly congrats and another thing i would like to ask regarding my career,I hope that u will give me a better suggestion.
In my point of view for ur career u must join this company before few things keep in mind salary & profile.
My question is almost related to this,for the past three months I am in HR & Administration department before in HR profile i was in marketing,problem is that few works in my company which is related to HR is not come under me like Payroll compensation management.
I am handling Leave records,joining formalities,taking care of casual workers & their salaries,MIS report of HR & administration.
Kindly suggest me more work in & which kind of work is helpful for me in my future.
