Difference between Traditional HR V/s Strategic HR? Give me information on strategic management as much as u can?

i am giving here a short dicussion about this topic.traditional hr means tye general hr tendency which is followed by many companies fronm very earlier time that is recruitment selection performancew appraisal, training etc. but in strategic hr . there is some change from earlier time, now every thing have its seperate rules and policies and methodsa. the person handling these hr are specialised in their field like training, performance appraisal, recruitment selection and again these all have their sub parts also. thats it. thank you
