I am Ritu Verma. I have started my buisness and i am dealing into Investigations, Inspections, assest valuation for all the major Banks and Insurance Companies. But my most of the work experience is in Call Centers (Domestic). I really to start my Domestic call center. Would request you to please help me in knowing what all are the requirments especially legal ones to start up a call center. I want to start Outbound process, non-technical and Domestic one. Also can you plz help me in getting any call center projects.

Since your exp. is in call center industry, you must be having an idea about how a project is bagged.
I personally believe that you may not be required to furnish any amount in $ for bagging a domestic project. However, it goes without saying that you should have infrastructure, technical competence, people processes and investment road map in place because most of the project provider will question you on these grounds.
As far as legal compliances are concerned, there are a couple
1. For outbound process, you should have clearance from "National do not call depository". you can fill the form online for that.
2. You should meet the labor laws of the state , in particular , and union labour law , in general. This issue will crop up , once you have the project with you and you will be looking to have people for that.
3. You may be required to meet some norms related to call center industry, specifically.
