Very good powerpoint presentation! The upcoming HR people who have started building the confidence to interview somebody will be greatly benefited by your ppt. At the same time, for people who are already into interviewing people, this will refresh their memories about what they have left out during the interview to ask/look in the the candidate whom they are interviewing. Definitely, the PPT will make the preparation for interviewing by the HR people more realistic and worthwhile. Keep it up!

Good ppt. Recently I had conducted interviews for a new position open to existing employees and ended up being appalled at the lack ff importance given by majority of candidates on the basics. I think I will conduct a session for them using your ppt. :)

Thank you for sharing and really it was a nice job.
But like some poited out.......how to test attitude. I mean interviews should not remain the only tool to judge a candidate.
Some peolple are not good in interviews but yet when in the workplace the productivity is high and vice versa.
