it been so many times that i have posted my queries regarding some new concepts, reg getting some advice for career, joining, company etc but to my utter surprise there are people who if post the same question gets replies from all of you and it is me who is always ignored. is hr cite also being biased or whatever. i am sorry to say but i am not at all satisfied with the kind of communication it holds at least with new members.
it is possible that if i ask for projects, there is no reply from this cite because it is very general but even for career advice no body even bother to reply a new member.
anyways if you do not feel like responding to this mail, its pretty ok with me and pardon me for wrong statements if used any, as such this is my last mail where i am complaining to you all and will take care that i do not post anyny of my queries here in cite hr.

Thank you viral, neeraj, richa and peer sir. i am sorry that i posted such a question of doubt on cite hr members. i will not do this again ever. i have noted all your points but actually couple of days back i really needd some inputs from cite hr but got no replies and it repeated for five six times so i got upset.
but neways thanks alot for boosting my morale and securing me as a part of this cite.
i had stop viewing this cite and coincidently i opened just to check whether this post also went without replies or not. so i must say you all made my day. :( :wink:
