Dear Cite HR Moderator & HR Professionals...i am very disheart today when i did not see my email of "Definitely u will say...WOW in the top ten list today it should be there atleast for a week but it is not....my previous mail was also included in top ten for only 2 days ...i am very demotivated please help me.

That is a technical problem,,, and no one is to blame... u shld not worry whether ur post is in top ten or top 5 ,, or super six,, just post what u feel

There are many messages which receives poor response rather No response at all....But you should not be demotivated for this. Ravi thank you. Actually this is what i m confused that I see mails for at least a week and previously when same happened with my previous mail i remained silent but when now it happened again I am trying to clear it.
