Hi i am new to this group.
i have just joint it company as sr hr executive& have got just 3 months experience in Hr & rest 4 years in merketing & consultation .
I have been told to prepare a project on Job analyis on own profile
Prepare Job Analysis of your own job.
1. Thorough Job Analysis of your own job: Task related. Each task depending upon time schedule. Hrly, Weekly, Monthly or yearly.
2. Identify KSAB: Knowledge, Skills, Attitude / Ability and Behaviour. Application of KSAB in your job. Skills to be classified at Compilation and Proficiency level. Levels to be rated in the scale of 1-5
3. Identify Tasks - Must know / May Know.
4. Job Specifications - What are the specifications required for your job.
As i don't have much experience in Hr field i am finding it very difficult.
please help me out.
