Hi,
I am working for a non profit company. I have recently joined the company and dont know much about the HR Policies to be followed in a NGO, for example, leave policies, other benefits etc.

Please find attached a leave policy which i have prepared for IGSSS( its an NGO). This leave policy constitute of all type of leaves which are available and should be provided to employee friendly organisations.

I do not understand why are there so many standard and version of leaves in our country. Is it not possible or capable for our Government to make it a rule to be unified all over the country? If the rules and regulations has been such a difficult things for the citizen and working class to understand then how do we expect things be easier for our Country in all??!! This is like divided...
