Hiiiiiiiiii,
This is Shalini here doing final year project at an esteemed IT company.
I need a topic in "Recruitment and sourcing" which is practical and where i can generate a lot of suggestions to the company.
The company will not provide any confidential data like employee performance or outcomes. Hence forth i need a topic which will enable me to generate questionnairres and suggestions.

Incase of recruitment and sourcing, you can talk about "Poaching and Six Degrees of Separation".
Else I would recommend that you your project on PCMM ( People Capability Maturity Model).
