Dear seniors,
i m working as hr officer in textile company for past 6 months.i have done ll.b and PGDBA(HR), I AM handling labour,recruitment(initial levels),liaison with govt. departments,All work relating with labour contractors,court cases,canteen&pantry management,administrative work regarding to guest houses;guest relations..event organisation such as annual parties,annual festival pooja's,fun fairs.
i am not specialise in one particular lineor area so i am confused about my carreer line...what should i do ?? please sugest me about my carrer growth and which area i should go for?? i like recruitment&legal area both..
please help me out..

As u mentioned that you have done LLB . Hey can make your career in HR you need to request ur company to give you extra responsibilty as there are many more thinks to learn like appraisal ,compentency mapping. payroll and so on .Your company might be in under inpresson that thought ur a law student can handle labour law matter.
Thanks for the reply but i have done MBA also with LL.b.what are growth prospects in my career?? how can i learn new things like appraisal,competency mapping. payroll etc..bcz i have not assigned this work..should i go for change??i working for past 1 year..
