My theme is what are all the basic thing that employees expect from the training...How much the current training program satisfying their needs...(i.e. general training programs like communication training, personality development, etc). now i am preparing questionnaire for it. I wish my questionnaire should reveal the exact result. so I seek the help of u professionals. u just provide me some of sample TNA questionnaire let me build it further...hope a positive result from u...

There is a lot of interesting stuff on www.businessballs.com. they also have a needs analysis form which is quite good. You can use that as a model and develop one, keeping in mind your needs. Do let me know if you need further help once you visit the site.
