Hi, I have an assignment for HRM to develop a plan for managing change at a company that is adding an R&D section to its manufacturing facility increasing workforce from 300 to 500. Not sure where to start. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. Sammie

Vision could be to develop new products . Vision also could be imrprove the standards of your products to match competition. Skill sets required are different

What does the company want?
Specify the number and skill sets required
Who are the responsible people for completing the job?
Name the people associated with this project
