Hi Vinay,
I loved the imagining here! The picture spoke volumes to me but perhaps not what you'd expect.
I saw recognition for taking risk, leadership and creativity for being different, modeling for those who follow.
May I ask how you are going to use this slide?

Hi Vinay,
I am just curious here..would this be your opening slide and do you use it to reflect the values of your company or more as cause to reflect and motivate.
We use lots of motivational posters but I quite like your idea of the PP and with your permission I like to insert your slide in a training PP and see what type of reaction we might get from it here in Canada.
Would you have a problem with this? It might be an opportunity to get a wider base of feedback. You could let me know as I would never use without your permission.
With thanks,
Jo

Hi Vinay,
Using this picture may have multiple thoughts depending on the state of mind of the person at the time of the presentation.
For example some may associate their physical and psychological appearance as doing a job which is definitely low to their capabilities and that they are good for nothing specially if in the audience you have a person who is some what frustrated.
So be careful.

Hi Vinay:
I liked your thoughts for expressing the attitude towards the growth and not the experience that holds the responsibilities. "With your permission, can i share this picture"
" Being small doesn't mean that you are incapable",
" Fresh young minds can do more smart work"
" A right attitude is what required in handling the real challenges - not just experience"
" Challenges inspires young minds"
Some of them,
Regards
Radhika
