Hi friends what is SAP HR? please reply Thanks & Regards Priya
From China
hi priya...
SAP as far as my knowledge goes is the most sophisticated ERP tool.....
in a lay man's language it is used to reduce the cost to the company, reducing business risks, Decreasing support costs, operational excellence etc....
SAP-HR is one of the modules in SAP which could be for:
Employment history
Payroll
Training
Career management
Succession planning
hope this helps....

Hi priya,
you find SAP courses being imparted at every nook and corner today.....you need to do a survey....
their fee ranges from 5000---2.5 lakhs
you need to see which suits u the best.....
the one recognised globally is given by SAP solutions......check the link..... www.sap.com
they have only one center in India...thats in bangalore and they charge about a 2.5 for the whole course....
Cheers,

Hi Priya,
today SAP has good scope..most of the global companies are implementing it..but i feel its too early for u to decide on taking this course....this course is a part of Human resource information systems..
you have a liking for HR but HR as a subject has many fields....
HRIS
Compensation
Training and Development
Industrial Relations etc.
what i feel is....go through all these courses....see if you r interested in HRIS......enquire from others..... and then take an informed decision....rather than a hasty one....
till that time.....if u feel u have a flair for systems then keep looking for institutes that offer SAP courses and which module do they teach.....I guess 7.2 is the latest version ( but not sure)....
By the end of ur course u will know what u like in HR and whether SAP can Compliment it or not....
I have no idea abt Mumbai institutes providing this course...
These are my personal opinion.....you may differ from them....
Regards,
Tanushree
