First of all You should take your attendance Register and count the following
how many Days = Leave Earned Pl/CL/SL + carri forward
Days Present /out of 30 or 31
s.no month days leave days present
How many weekly off
how many leave availed Casual leave,Than Privilaged Leave and also Sick leave and on which perticular day he will be availed and Compensation Off also Than you can Enter it

1. total days leave in col 1
month
days physical present out of 3or 31
leave availed means regular and leave fill up but not granted means refused
leave days availed from days to date mentioned
days and minus leave and carry forward next month
22present +4 leave+5 weekly off=31
