I'm looking for innovative methods in shopfloor learning for operators. I would like to know how shopfloor learning is implemented in manufacturing companies.
Is it possible for anyone to throw some light on it

Shop floor training is called as "Genba" training
Genba means workshop. It is a Japanese technique.
Today's market scenario training in off the job is not required. (Operaors)
For operators we have to create a Training work shop in factory.
This ia called as TPM technique. (Total Productive Maintenance)
we have to improve the skill level of the operators. Many company's practicing the "Genba" Training.
If you more information please reply your queries.
