From your leave planner only i got a question in mind ex.1. leave sunday leave then this sunday will also be counted as leave. ex.2. leave holiday day any holiday leave then this holiday will also be counted as leave. please clarify. regards shweta swarnkar

Hi i am an employee who joined an financial portal and working with a website since 19.05.2014. in my agreement its written that i will be on probation for first six months our working days are from monfridays so if i take a leave on friday and be back to work on monday will my saturday sundays be counted as an holiday?? and also if suppose a bank holiday comes on friday and i take a leave on that friday so again my weekends will be counted ?
Calculation of succeeding weekend holiday/govt holidays with approved leaves
I have some queries on the following leave applications which are creating administrative problems/chaos on counting employees personal leaves. please do share your valuable comments on these issues. 1. if an employee takes 4 days leave saturdaytuesday after working on thursday and do not report to duty on wednesday rather on saturday the employee applied another 2 days succeeding leaves wednesday & thursday how many days leave will be counted? imy question is whether the succeeding friday weekend holiday will be counted as the part of the leave or not as the employee availed leave for a continuous period and reported after weekend?/i 2. if an employee applied for 3/4 days leave before eid holidays/government holiday does those succeeding holidays will also be counted with those leaves that the employee applied for? for examples during the last eid festival some of our employees taken casual leave on 4th5th where 6th was govt. holiday and 7th was working day and 8th10th was eid holidays inow my question is that after getting approval of leave for 4th & 5th the employee left duty place and report back on 12th afrer eid holidays. i this situation how many days leave will be counted?/i 3. what if an employee takes only 4 days leaves and succeedingly 1 govt holiday and 1 weekly holiday fallen after with those leaves how many days leave will be counted? for example during last eid festival many of our employees taken 3 days casual leave from 11th14th where as 15th was govt holiday and 16th was friday no my question is how many days leave will be counted? please do share your experienced opinion and comments. thanking you all

Hi hr folks i have a query: is sunday or holiday is counted/calculated if its fall in middle of cl or for example: a. i take cl on saturday and monday: sunday will be counted as cl or not? b. i take on friday saturday tuesday & wednesday. sunday is weekly off and monday is holiday: so how much el will be deducted from my leave account 4 or 6? looking forward to help me to make me understand above query. regards md. khan
