You can also take the help of Microsoft Powerpoint. In powerpoint there is an option for organisational chart but it has its own limitations. If you need little bigger then you can have it drawn yourself in word or something.

some organisation draw there chart top-to-bottom hirearechaly but some even draw their org. chart from bottom-to-top hirearchy approch(eg. ASHOK LEYLAN) U can drw the chart either way using pwoerpoint or even in doument.
