Hi team i am bipin from the hr team of an ngo need your support for the below mail format we have a meeting room booking app and all the employees have the rights to book the meeting room as per there convenience but lots of employees are booking the meeting room without following the meeting room booking app below mentioned are the pointers which needs to be highlighted for booking meeting room. i need to send an mail to all of my employees on the belowmentioned point in the same mail. 1 book meeting room when it is required don t block the meeting rooms without any requirement or for any meeting which is not confirmed. 2 book meeting room by keeping in mind that 50 capacity of the meeting room should be utilized and if not the admin would have rights to cancel them. 3 if you have booked a meeting room for a meeting and if the meeting is cancelled or postpended please cancel the meeting room booking and rebook it as per the new requirement please don t hold the same as the same can be used by others. 4 please avoid recurring meeting room bookings for more than 2 days. 5 meeting room 1 in new office is specially for video conferencing usage please don t book the room for general meeting and if the meeting room would be booked for general meeting and any video conferencing meeting is schedule admin would cancel the general meeting booking and would book the same for video conferencing requirement. 6 please use electricity in the meeting rooms responsibly. need your support in drafting this mail which i need to send to the department heads and sr. manager. awaiting your positive reply. thanks bipin sharma

Dear seniors my companys management is planning for an offsite and they want me to present hr stuff. have thought to preparing a ppt on factors affecting performance appraisal dont be late follow timelines be sincere & plan your leaves and so on and on short activity on importance of being on time in training sessions but not too sure of as how it will come out. i need your help as to what i should present and how to make it enjoyable as i dont want it to be kind of boring session for all. regards anjali sarin

I need your help in defining indemnity in our company. we are in recruitment and our staff will be attending meeting with clients. we believed that the concerned person will be in the meeting but he skipped the meeting and went out on some personal work. how can i have control over such situations? same may happen when we go on outing. we go out on trips once in a year and we cannot control each and every employee at that spot. how will i have them fixed to our policies at that place at that time? for all these discrepancies can i go for some bond or any other source?
