Dear Sirs

I'm working as a HR Manager for the past five years dealing with compliance works(buyer compliance, ISO,OHSas,SA Certifications.) Few weeks back my management decided to seperate our work responsibility in to two (HR related activities and Compliances related activities) and i'm taken the responsibilty of HR related activities and a new guy un experienced (having bachlor degree with Lead Auditor training).

Suddently my managment has decided to Promote him as Administrative manager and i was instrcted to Report to Him regarding my Hr Related activities.

i can't take it bcoz., the person whom i reporting has no experience abt HR.

nowadays he was creating some politics to make me to report to my boss regarding that issue(politics)

my managment was not beliving me in this regarding. They are more confident about him.

due to thIs i'm not able to work with piece of mind

wht can i DO NOW, i'll quit my job or wht pls let me help and suggest me in this regard.

Iam not experienced as much as you this is just my view.
Admin department is a part of HR we need not to report them in fact admin department has to report to us.
put your all efforts and toughts to avoid .. directly refuse to report him.
even though after all your efforts if ur management foes not agrees .
than dear sir you quit from it.
I think already you have lost empathy towards organisation. and demotivated. there is no meaning of working in the place where your job satisfaction is felling down to hell.
this is my openion ... what ever you do sir do it with confidece world is big enough....
what ever happened is for good
what is going to be happened is for good

Before thinking to quit.
1)Try to understand and discuss with your management why they want you to report to an admin person.
2)Also evaluate were they satisfied with your performance. If yes, then try to make them understand your thought also try to convince them that you are not willing to report to that person instead tell them you are willing to report to anybody in management.
