HI SHailaja,
I am not aware if there is any certificate like "NO OBJECTION" is handed over to employee. At the time of releiving, you do provide him with the experience letter with your company and in that you rate him as "satisfactory employee" or "excellent employee" or so. This itself clearly lets the other company know his value with his past company.
Anyhow, after seeing your post in particular on this, Iam also in a bit puzzle. So, Someone, please do correct me If I am missing something in this aspect.
Regards,
Kiran.

Hi,
No objection is given only by third party vendors when company wants to hire the employee who is working with them.
I havent come across any format in our company when we have to convert any candidates who is working thru third party vendor on rolls of the company we take the no objection from the third party by mail. The same mail is enclosed in the personal file of the candidate from audit perspective.
Otherwise no such ceritificate is issued when a employee separates.

Before preparing a No Dues Cert./Clearance Certificate,We should prepare one statement Stating to each HOD to mention therein any amount/articals/things are due from the emloyee going out of the Organisation. There may be any personal dues, loan amount of Credit Society, any other dues ,library books,Punching key,Identity card,etc,etc...
Preparing such statement will be a record and the sheet will remain in a personal file of that employee.

Dear Sideshwar,
The format you provided about no dues was really helpful. It really served my purpose as I was needing such a format to issue to some of our staff who are leaving our company.
