Dear Seniors,
I am working as a Senior HR Executive and I am the only person in HR department in Delhi. I am very confused that how should I motivate my team (Customer care executive of inbound domestic call center)... My company does not want to spend money... Work pressure is high for CCEs. I am under bad situation and can not find a way to motivate them. Please help me... I do not want to loose these employees because they are good enough to handle customers and have quite good experience of my company...
Please help me... Please suggest me some ways that how can I motivate my team by not spending money...

motivation of staff is the ancillary of that kinna problem facing by the organization,
and as a hr executive this is your duty to satisfy the finance deptt of your organization and brief them the merits of all the required stuff by you for your work force to enhance the capabilities

Dear Sana,
Other than giving monetary benefits or putting money towards motivation you can think of ideas as detailed below:
1) Start talking to your employees and analyse their performance through them
2) also, Analyse their performance through their team leaders.
3) start issuing your star employees a letter of appreciation.
4) initiate a notice board wherein you can welcome your employees and put a message for their b'day and anniversary
5) Put nice motivating thoughts on the notice board.
6) accept every employee as company's strength and make them feel the same
7) talk to those whose performance is getting down

one thing that I can suggest which can surely help in your situation is to brainstorm and meet with the senior management of your company and since they don't want to spend money for the effort to motivate employees, they should be able to help you work on a plan of action which can definitely motivate your staff.
