Dear All
What should be the possible question in the interviews for the post of Recruitment Officer.
I will be in high spirits for early replies from seniors. I have an interview tomorrow.
Kindly help me out in preparing for the interviews.

You may be prepare for the strategies used for processing CV, how recruitment are taken place, your positive approach, strengths, weakness, analysis of CV your capacity of problem solving, maintenance of CFT etc.

What would be the anwser if the candidates CV is Very poor in made but he is from top management school.
Although, graduate from the top management school supposed to know know how to make CV.

Please understand that CV writing is not the portfolio of recruitment officer.
If the candidate not performing well during interview(though he is from top management school, ) you need not consider him for employment.
Even an graduate from average institute meets your requirement, then he can be considered for employment.
Above all you have to justify for the organisation which engaged you
by recruiting right candidates for the right job at right time.
Am I clearing your doubt some how ?
