I am right now working on yearly increments of our staff. Our organisation is a medium sized firm with too many activities like development and design, product engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, marketing and support under one roof. As we have to deal with people with various skills, it gets difficult to keep one and all happy. I was looking out for a compensation structure which could be a combination of various expectations of different kinds/sets of people.
