Hi all,
I think you better approach PF office directly with a letter addressing to PF Commisioner and your PF withdrawl form. Also mark a CC to the director of that co.
I guess some immediate action would be taken.

HI FRIEND ,
AS YOU SAID YOU ARE IN THE HR DEPARTMENT .
YOU JUST SEE THE PF RETURNS FILE FOR THE LAST YEAR , THEN YOU WILL GET YOU PF NUMBER .
IF YOU ARE NOT JOINED AT THAT TIME MEANS
EVERY ORGANISATION HAS TO SUBMIT THE RETURNS DURING THE APRIL MONTH . YOU WILL GET THE PF NUMBER , BEING YOU ARE HR YOU INITIATE IN GETTING THE PF NUMBER TO ALL OF WORKERS AND STAFFS.
DON"T COMPLAINT TO PF OFFICE , THINK YOU ARE THE HR ,
ACT WISE , TAKE IT ON YOUR SHOULDER TO GET THE PF NUMBER.
THINK ON IT.....

Hi Sandhya,
Since your employment is only of one year and till now RPFC has not issued any contribution slips i.e. Form No.23 to any covered establishment for the year 2006-2007 as interest rate has not been decided yet. However, you may ask your existing employer to give PF Account No. Even, though you are not getting this way than after 60 days of your relieving, you can submit your provident fund accumulations withdrawal application with the concerned PF office having thereon certifition of your signature from your bank and also attaching one covering letter stating all the facts.
RPFC will mark to same application to your industry where they will bound to certify all particulars of your employment including PF No.

Ravinder

Hi Sandhya
Really its a big issue becz processing is there but no PF account no for employers, even PF deduction is there but noPF a/c of employees. It seems matter is serious and due to some mgt delay, only thing can work that is personal right can be converted into group right like the money deducted from Sandhya's is her contribution and mgt is always liable to give details of deposited or not and can't just tell we are doing or whateverelse.
On personal right Sandhya can approach to the HR-A/c-Top mgt separately to know the exact root.
But in any case company has to give the details sooner/later.
Do keep the signed payslips where PF dedution has been shown.
Hope other members will help more...
thnx

Dear Sandhya,
If the Company has more than 20 employees it has to have a PF A/C Code.& since you are working for the last 1 yrs is the company they must have submitted your FORM 5 in the PF Office.as you said that they are deducting the PF Amount from your salary ,then they must be showing this in the salary slip and also your PF A/C no will be mentioned in your salary slip. You asked the HR Mgr regrading this if he/she still hesitate in giving you your PF A/C no. then they are practicing a bad labour practice under labour law.You can file a case in the labour court .Or what you can do is go to the PF Office if you know your PF A/c no & you can get the details of your PF Deduction.
