Hi All,
I am doing a project on TNA in a BPO. I have to develop a questionnaire, can someone please helo me, what basic dimensions should I have and how many questions in each dimension? If possible send across a sample questionnaie.

1. Career progression in current company (department/position held/CTC and broad responsibilites.
2. Prior Work Experience.Highest Qualification,Language Proficiency (speak/read/write)
3.Developmental programs attended.
4. Perforamce assesment for past three years.
5. Key Strenghts.
6. What is the most important developmental need.
7. what does you boss think is you most important developmental need.
8. Training and developmental needs for existion role/career developmental needs.(functional /leadership).
9. Which of the programs intrest them like (projects/Management development program/Leadership programs)
10. Career direction for the next three years/ fall back direction.
