Career in hr but 2.5 years of my professional life has been wasted. how do i fill that gap?
I am an and have worked in a startup manufacturing company for 2.5 years. in those 2.5 years i never really got an opportunity to work in the hr field. i left the company only to realize that i will not be able to get a job unless i get some job exposure in hr field like recruitment statutory compliance. but how is it possible until i get a job. i can\'t get a job since i don\'t have the experience. how am i suppose to get experience and be employable unless i get a job. i am in deep depression now as i don\'t even know what must i do? i want to do my career in hr but 2.5 years of my professional life has been wasted. how do i fill that gap? hope respected seniors will help me out.
