Hi,
I am freseher as HR Manager & finding difficulties to recruit best people for Call Center. Not getting the right path to follow.
Please guide me.
Also I am working on Admin & HR Policies

Hello,
Almost from a week we are tring to receuit employees for dish network US outbond process. Not able to track them. We are registered with few placements, I guess u must be aware how effecient services they give.
So is there any other smart n swift way u can suggest.

You need to be clear when you say best candidate. Be clear about the skill sets you need. There was atime when call centers were recruiting MBA, and BE; .Now it is well known that creative and dynamic people with proffessional qualifications will not stick to call center Jobs as the jobs become monotonous and not challenging .So try to recruit under-grads
with good language skills ,listening skills and Train them tobecome best for your ORGn.
Neutral Accent ,patience and willing to care for customer are some of the skills you need to look at. So dont look at academic high fliers to stick around these jobs.

Hi Purvi,
To be able to hire right people for call centres within the time limit you first of all have to categorize the vacancies. i.e. how many entry level people you want etc. If the majortiy of your requirement is of entry level than you may approach some spoken english institutes, IELTS institutes and there are some organisations in Ahmedabad where they train people for call centres and place them. I will try and gather some more information for you.
