Hi Twinkle,
Maybe you can add with Written waring that Appraisal will be delayed for 3 Months(duration till the waring is in efect) or next salary increment will be delayed by the time for which warning letter is in effect in case it is due in between 3 months warning period.
People will take that seriously

Hi Twinkle With the Warning letter you can also add in that if anyone receives a warning letter for the year that particular staff will not receive their Bonus.

I think the written warning should be active for a little less time, and increase the time for the verbal warning. Regards,

Hi Twinkle,
Generally Mon-Thu is formal dress code and on Friday, Casuals are allowed to flank.
When we say formal doesn't mean all staff members has to wear Suites/Coats/Blazers, ties and all, can wear (full/half sleeves) formal shirts, (No T-shirts except on Friday).
Ties should be must for males where there is a direct Customer/Client interaction
Jeans/Denim is not allowed in most companies during Mon -Thu, only on friday the employees can wear those.
For females Business Suite, Formal Shirt & Trouser, Saree or Salwar Suite is allowed for Mon-Thu and again Jeans/Denim skirts allowed on Friday
This is for 5 day work week, in case of 6 day work week pls improvise as casuals for Saturday.
Hope this'll be of some help.

Ooopps...........
I forgot to mention formal trouser for males, now that is MANDATORY
No shorts, bermudas or boxers allowed for males.
Also if any particular dept (like the software developers) are working under high stress environment and there is no direct interaction with client or Customer they should be excused from the formal dress code, you can allow them casual for whole week of-course after discussing with your management first.
(But still no Shorts, Bermudas or Boxers)
