I am a MBA(HR). I am starting my career as a HR recruiter(Tele calling) in a HR consultancy, for 8000pm. Is this kind of experience preferred in the industry after 1 or 2 year? plz help me

I don 't think its a decent job to do after bein an MBA. But I can assure u that this won't help u in any thing further in your career. Most MBA(HR) are given the job of recruitment initially. So I would suggest you to go for recruitment profile or any other profile related to HR instead of a tele caller.
