HR is must for every sector,the role of hr depends upon the nature of work the organization did,for pay roll, for training and counselling,performance evaluation like such somany activities the hr must perform

Hi All,
In agreement of Praveen I would also like to add that services are also given by humans and where there will human beings there will be a need of HR. This sector is now a days has a great coemption so to make your services more efficient you need those people, those attributes, talent is there but grooming it and making it a competency which in turn will benefit for long term to organization is a role of HR according to me. Role of HR is unlimited and in all sector but where the emphasis is on the people more Role of HR is much and much enriched.
well I can write a 2500.... pages destertaion on this but for now I guess this is what i can contribute..... :lol:
