Hi Members,
In a Contract Agreement it is mentioned that if the Contractor doesn't pay the EPF and ESIC Contribution, there will no payment of next months wages bill form the Principal Employer. Is that a Valid Contact?. whether the Principal Employer is still Liable for the EPF ans ESIC.
