I am working with one of the growing Mechanical engineering Design services company. The major client base is international. My profile was initially into Market research, lead generation and presently I am working as an assistant-marketing executive to VP Strategic business group. The problem is so that we dent have a well established structure and our seniors are not able to give us any career growth guidelines. they have asked us to come up with our suggestions for the KRA's and then further they will analyze the same. I am working with the Org for past 1.8months.
What kind of KRA's do I need to frame to have growth in such a small-medium growing organization.
